What to bring (suggested items)

  • Bed, desk & chair
  • Cookware, utensils, plates (only what you personally will use)
  • Food
  • Alarm clock
  • Iron
  • Wastebasket
  • Cleaning supplies (kitchen and bath): kitchen size trash bags, “409”-type cleanser, paper towels, dish detergent, sponges, etc.
    Note: house mates frequently share the cost of kitchen cleansers, but this option is up to you and your house
  • Laundry basket & supplies
  • Surge protector and power strips for computer
  • Prohibited items

  • Hot plates, toaster ovens, microwaves or similar items intended for in your room (there is no cooking allowed in your room)
  • Sunlamps, halogen lamps
  • Water beds
  • Pets, fish tanks
  • Briquette-style barbecues
  • Townhouse Amenities:

  • Furnished living room and television
  • Full kitchen with microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large, locking pantries, and garbage disposal
  • Laundry area (full-sized washer & dryer) with cabinets for soap and supplies storage
  • Five single-occupancy rooms with private bathroom (rooms A, B, C, D have showers, E has a tub/shower combo)
  • Vertical blinds in each private room
  • Central heating and air conditioning
  • Paid expanded cable and fast Fiber Optic Internet
  • Paid sewer, trash, water and local telephone
  • Carpeted floors, except for kitchen
  • Several ground floor rooms set up for disabled access and living
  • Backyard, with patio and bike rack (propane or electric BBQ’s only). Your own lounge chairs are welcome!
  • The Wolf Run Village office pays the local telephone in each house along with sewer; lessees pay for the water, electric and gas usage. We provide free espresso and assorted teas during office hours, and Cookie Friday (assortment of yummy goodies from local bakeries).

    Located on several bus service lines #2,25,5,15, and 17. UNR is 2/10’s of a mile to our back gate from the University of Nevada, Reno.
